Metrixstream's CMS provides detailed information on any orders processed through your website. The system also gives clients the ability to create and print packing slips for order fulfillment.

In order to perform this task, please do the following:

Log into Metrixstream with your admin username and password.

Once you are logged in, navigate to the top menu to Browse and in the dropdown menu, select Sites.

Choose the name of the site you are looking for, and you will be placed on the site's main page.

While on the site's main page, click the link to the far right that reads Orders.

On the site's Orders page, you can filter through all of your orders and see a detailed breakdown of the transaction.

Select the transaction that you would like to create a packing slip for (The transaction's "state" should read "charged", meaning that the transaction went through successfully and the buyer is waiting to receive shipping information and confirmation).

Once you have selected the transaction and clicked on the transaction ID, you will be placed on that order's page, which gives details about the order and shipping information. On this page, you have the option to Review the order or place the order on Hold if it is not ready to be shipped. If you are ready to ship the order, select Review under the Order Actions section. The page will provide a Comment box where you have the option to enter a comment that will be shown on the packing slip. Once you are ready, select Review located at the bottom right side of the Comment box.

Review the details of the order, and if everything is correct, click the Ship button under the Order Actions section at the top of the page. Select the correct supplier under the Supplier section and enter the order tracking number under the Shipment Tracking section. Double check to make sure the product is selected. There is checkbox to the right of the product name. Make sure that field is checked. If everything looks correct in the order details, click the Ship button.

On the next page, scroll down to the link that reads View/Print on the left hand side of the page, in order to view the packing slip and print it. A pop-up box will appear with the full shipping details provided. Click Print at the top of the window.

  • Make sure to enable Printing background (Colors and Images) in your page setup prior to printing. In order to do this in Firefox, please do the following:
    • In your Firefox browser, select File > Page Setup in the menu at the top of the browser. On the Page Setup page, click the checkbox that reads Print Background (color & images). When you have completed this step, select OK.

Select your printer settings, and when you are ready to print the label, click the Print button to complete the process.
