Metrixstream now has support for accounts to add labels, tags and descriptions to their uploaded content. Here is the process to do this:

In order for accounts to have access to labels through their CMS account,  the main admin account would have to give them access.

To do this, log into Metrix using your (Main Admin)  credentials and go to BROWSE > ACCOUNTS

Find the account that you wish to enable and click on it.

While on that account's properties page, select EDIT PROPERTIES

Scroll down until you see the field that says WHITELISTED LABELS

In this field, you can type in the labels that you want that account user to have access to through their account.

When you have all the labels specified, scroll down and click "UPDATE". This will save your changes.

For Accounts

For accounts to add labels and tags to their content, they would do the following:

Log into your Metrix CMS with your username and password.

Navigate to the top menu to BROWSE > CONTENT

Find the content that you would like to add labels and/ or tags to and click on it.

Click on EDIT PROPERTIES

Add text to the relevant fields in order to enable them on that content.

You are able to type the entries in manually or use the drop-down menu if it appears.

When you have finished with your changes, click UPDATE to save your changes.
