  1. Upload and Encode all the videos you need.
  2. Upload all the photosets you need. **you'll save time if you give the photos the same file name as the appropriate video before you upload them**
  3. Once the videos are encoded, find the video in the progress queue: Shortcuts >> Content >> Encoding Progress
  4. Once in the progress queue, click on the video for which you would like to import the appropriate photoset.
  5. Click the MANAGE PHOTOS link underneath the video thumbnails.
  6. Click on IMPORT.
  7. This will take you to the photo import page. The keyword filter should already contain the video file name without the extension, ex: Video_file not Video_file.wmv. **This is where it comes in handy to give the photos an identical filename as the appropriate video.**
  8. Make sure that the photos which are showing on the page are the correct ones. If they are, click SELECT ALL and click IMPORT at the bottom of the page.
    • If you don't see any of the correct photos, or any photos at all, then you can either:
    1. modify the file name in the keyword filter to match the correct photo file name
    2. or you can keep the keyword filter empty to see all of the photos and import the ones you need.
  9. Go back to step 3 and find another desired video for which to import a photoset.

You can also find the video you desire by following: Browse >> Videos. From there, you can start at step 5.
