To import metadata for accounts: 

Log into your Metrixstream CMS account and navigate to “Shortcuts” on the top menu bar.

While hovering over the “Shortcuts” option in the menu, a drop-down menu will

appear.

Navigate to the “metadata” option and click it. This takes you to the “Metadata” page.

While on the “Metadata” page, you will see two options “Step 1: Export” and “Step 2: Import”.

To import metadata for accounts or content, choose option 2 and click the “Choose File” button.

A window will open allowing you to browse your computer for the file you wish to upload to the CMS.

When you have found the correct file, select it and click “Open”.

You should notice the file-name showing to the right of the “Choose File” button. Make sure you have the

correct file selected and click “Import”.

The “Import Confirmation” page opens and gives a summary of your upload and any changes to

the document that may have occurred.

When you are satisfied with the summary, click “Complete Import”. If your upload was successful

you will see the message “Your request was successful, Import complete”.
